I have used Interserver for years, both as a previous agency owner, and now as a consultant. I am absolutely confident that if I get stuck with an installation that live chat tech support will get me up and running. They have honestly never failed to solve a problem. Always willing, polite and incredibly helpful I find the support staff a delight to deal with.

Absolutely top notch support. I moved a site over from GoDaddy hosting, they handled all of the heavy lifting for me. Gave me simple instructions to set the DNS after they moved it and I had absolutely NO down time, it was nuts. After that, I was able to install SSL on my site free of charge as opposed to getting ripped off by another hosting company. This company is the real deal and I will continue to do business with them going forward.

Interserver has proven to be the BEST thus far when it comes to WordPress-hosted sites. The speed of their servers has been amazing with the websites I have created for clients over the past year. Changes made to sites has been super fast, which is awesome!

Interserver customer service via the Chat Line has been awesome! I was able to begin the initiation of upgrading the Hosting account to be able to accommodate multiple domain names through the chat line. I HIGHLY recommend Interserver for all that are wanting a strong hosting platform that is reliable and useful!!

Interserver has provided me with excellent, efficient and reasonably priced hosting service for my 3 sites. On the rare occasion that I need support, they are thorough and quick to help resolve the issue (which about 99% of the time was caused by someone hired to work on my site making a mistake). I highly recommend Interserver hosting for WordPress sites.

Honestly, I am beyond impressed with the customer service, timely response and the Interserver team always going above and beyond to resolve any issue without making me full rushed. I feel the service is personal (not scripted) and I am actually chatting with a human and yes! it does make a difference. Keep it up Interserver!

I have been in the process of a domain change to my Interserver’s hosted WordPress blog. I am not a tech expert so I hit a few snags along the way. The Interserver support is amazing. Best for any company I have ever used. I have a load of free wordpress sites, and i wanted a few premium ones. so i choose Interserver. I found them easy to install wordpress as 1 click. for so little per month its worth paying and getting a free domain.
