Worst service!
Worst service!! They would just shut your website down due to God-knows what TOC issues saying there are some performance issues and then wont turn back on until you upgrade or give them more money.

These are fraudsters. They blackmail small businesses. I seriously regret working with them.

They just shut down my website without giving any kind of prior notice saying my website had performance issues. And now they are not turning it back on - saying well the issue has been forwarded to the concerned team.

This company should be banned from internet.

They do not deliver on their 99% uptime promise, not even close. Our site is down at least once a week. While they always solve the issue, it's also always a temporary fix. Of course they promise THIS is the time it gets fixed for sure.

Their tech support works very obviously off scripts, can't answer questions outside that script and sometimes don't even speak decent English.

The highlight and tipping point for us to take it elsewhere is when they downgraded some features instead of upgraded and it cause a lot of issues on the front end.

We hosted a website with BlueHost. However, they took down our website before our time was up and would not give us the files when we tried to transfer the site over. The customer service was subpar at its very best shining moments. When it was obvious that I wanted to transfer the site over to another hosting service, they became unhelpful and would not transfer any of the information that we needed. They, on multiple occasions, said that they would only give us our site information if we purchase another year with them. Which, when last I checked, seems all to close to ransoming. If I were to make a movie about my experience with BlueHost, it's title would be "Dealing with intellectually challenged site kidnappers: this time it's personal". If you go through and look at BlueHost reviews, you will see a consistent low review from people who ever thought about leaving BlueHost. So know that if you sign on with BlueHost, it's a lifelong commitment.

I just signed up with them a week ago. It wasn't working for me. The administrator navigation is too cumbersome. So I called to cancel. For the sign up I was charged $150. They will only refund $147. The $12 is for a free coupon for domain registration. My site was already registered. I didn't want, didn't ask for and didn't use this 'free' coupon that I was charged for.

Bluehose drops our company's e-mail from time to time and getting it back is unpredictable. Often, the people at the call center do not have a clue about the cause. I have been told on several occasions that the problem was on my end, only to find that it was on their end after all. Happened again today and I have had enough. I will take my company's business elsewhere.

Worst services.I recommend Interserver .They have good services as compare to bluehost.
