working with 1 and 1 to solve a problem is horrible .... the site is slow, they say because of my woo plug in and I spent extra money for a app so it can run faster Not the case they take the money but my site still slow... no video's on the site just pictures and wright ups. on hold for ever and you talk to the someone over seas that can hardly talk English and cant even help you. This Site SUCKS!!! There Service SUCKS!!! STAY AWAY!!

I have 7 domains with them and just realized they've been adding packages to my domains like virus protection (that I didn't approve) and some other bs called "extended support" thats like $40 a month. They say "We you sent an ema il" but they never call or send a letter, they just debit your Paypal bc they know most people don't check the small amounts there. I just cancelled everything with them! Bye 1&1!

Have been charged two years in a row for two canceled domains. Have to go through several different people to get any help. Then still takes an act of Congress to get refunded. Have one domain that I keep, and have no problem with it.

never never use 1and1. The worst support ever, they have no idea what they´re doing. They will messed up your website .

I have been hosting with 1&1 for quite sometime and I am quite happy with their feedback and service. I was a bit skeptical at first based on some reviews but I am pleasantly surprised.

Did a mistake and transferred my domain to 1and1. Soon after transfer is finished, I couldn't access the DNS settings and after 24 hours it's still not resolved. Lost tons of emails, lots of sales and money.
